Lawyer Carl Nagle is a former insurance claims adjuster and former insurance defense attorney who now works exclusively for accident victims and their families to help them overcome the effects of a serious accident.

Mr. Nagle graduated Order of The Coif, with top academic honors from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Nagle is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Georgia Bar Association. While working as a claims adjuster, Mr. Nagle gained experience from the insurance carrier’s perspective on how they cut costs and minimize claim payments. He fully understands the steps insurance carriers typically take to avoid fair payment of victims’ claims. Mr. Nagle also worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing 13 different insurance carriers in Metro Atlanta. This experience makes him uniquely suited to properly assemble and prosecute serious injury cases against truck drivers, shippers and Motor Carriers, and corporate entities who cause injury on our roadways.
